This little link has many uses but our customers like to use it to attach "webber style" stirrup leathers to saddles without a traditional stirrup leather hanger. For example, Ortho-Flex saddles have a slot cut in the wooden saddle tree so the loop end of the 'webber style' leather is fed through this slot and the link attaches the loop to the straight part of the stirrup leather. Also works with d-ring style holders.
